PENNYPACKER, Nathan (Nathaniel), a Representative from Chester County; born, March 2, 1771 in Schuylkill Township, Chester County, Pa.; farmer; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1802, 1804, 1809, 1810, 1811, 1813); elected as a Federalist to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1812-1813 and 1814-1815 terms; reelected to the House as an Anti-Mason for the 1830-1831 term; elected, delegate, Anti-Mason National Convention (1832); died, July 8, 1833 in Schuylkill Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania; interred, Morris Cemetery, Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
