REILY, William, a Representative from Lebanon County; August 16, 1792 in Myerstown, Dauphin County (now, Lebanon County), Pa.; served, Captain Richard M. Crain’s Company, 1st Regiment, First Brigade, Pennsylvania Militia (1814-1815, War of 1812); cabinet maker; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1830-1831 term; unsuccessful campaign, United States Congress (1838); died, July 28, 1843 in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania; interred, Harrisburg Cemetery, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
