COLLINS, Cornelius, a Representative from Lancaster County; born, July 4, 1795 in Cork, County Cork, Ireland; farmer; elected, director of the poor, Lancaster County (1831, 1832, 1833); elected as an Anti-Mason to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1836-1837 and 1837-1838 terms; died, October 14, 1878 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania; interred, Octorara United Presbyterian Cemetery, Quarryville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
