LINVILL, Benjamin, a Representative from Lancaster County; born, September 9, 1787 in Salsburg Township, Lancaster County, Pa.; elected as an Anti-Mason to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1829-1830 and 1830-1831 terms; farmer; died, September 16, 1864 in Wayne Township, Champaign County, Ohio; interred, Friends Cemetery, Salem Township, Champaign County, Ohio.
