HUDSON, George, a Representative from Huntingdon County; born, January 16, 1796 in Clay, Huntingdon County, Pa.; farmer; elected as Anti-Mason to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1835-1836 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1836); appointed, overseer of the poor, Huntingdon County (1838, 1851); died, May 24, 1855 in Clay, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saltillo Cemetery, Saltillo, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
