FORSTER, William, a Representative from Union County; born, 1784 in Northumberland County (now Union County), Pa.; private, First Regiment, John Donaldson’s Company, Pennsylvania Militia (1814, War of 1812); farmer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1824-1825 and 1826-1827 terms; died, March 26, 1853 in Hartley Township, Union County, Pennsylvania; interred, Lewis Cemetery, Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania.
