ROUSH, Henry, a Representative from Union County; born, September 18, 1777 in Berks County, Pa.; elected, commissioner, Union County (1816); tavern owner; distillery owner; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1831-1832 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1832); farmer; died, August 18, 1849 in Naperville, DuPage County, Illinois; interred, Naperville Cemetery, Naperville, DuPage County, Illinois.
