COOLEY, Isaac, a Representative from Bradford County; born, February 22, 1784 in Springfield, Hampden County, Ma.; private, 17th Regiment, New York Militia (1812, War of 1812); farmer; elected, auditor, Bradford County (1829-1831); elected, commissioner, Bradford County (1832-1834); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1836-1837 term; died, November 14, 1867 in Springfield Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Grover Hill Cemetery, Springfield Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
