MYER (MYERS), William, a Representative from Bradford County; born, February 8, 1780 in Dutchess County, NY; owner, grist and saw mill; justice of the peace, Wysox (1807); proprietor, inn and tavern; elected, commissioner, Bradford County (1812, 1819); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1822-1823 term; died, May 15, 1842 in Columbia, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania; interred, Brick Church Cemetery, Wysox, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
