Evans Co., Inc. (8 years); district justice (1982-1986); president, Special Court Judges, District 2; former member, McKean County Board of Assistance; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1987 term and served 7 more consecutive terms; appointed, Select Committee on Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Services in Pennsylvania (1990); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2002).
