LYNCH, Edward Raymond, a Representative from Chester County; born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., December 12, 1922; B.S., accounting, Temple University, 1947; J.D., Temple University Law School, 1952; served, United States Navy (1943); served, United States Army (1943-1946, World War II); attorney; chair, West Vincent Township Planning Commission; member, Northern Chester County Planning Commission; member, West Vincent Township Supervisors; member, Chester County Republican Party Executive Committee; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1979 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1980); controller, Chester County; died, October 24, 2013 in Exton, Chester County, Pennsylvania; interred, Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
