ULSH, Ira E., a Representative from Dauphin County; born in Beaver Springs, Snyder County, Pa., July 15, 1868; attended, Freeburg Academy; mercantilist, coal and grain business; owner, water power flouring mill plant; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1917 and 1919 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1920); died, September 17, 1943 in Millersburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania;  interred, Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
