SINCLAIR, Duncan W., a Representative from Fayette County; born, January 13, 1874 in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, Pa., private, Company E, 1st United States Volunteer Engineer Corps (1898-1899, Spanish-American War); plumber; elected, school board president, Brownsville Township; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1912); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1914; reelected to the House in 1916, 1918, and 1920; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1922 General election; elected, council, Belle Vernon; died, March 4, 1954 in Belle Vernon, Fayette County, Pennsylvania; interred, Redstone Cemetery, Brownsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.
