RINGLER, Walter Arthur, a Representative from Berks County; born in Exeter Township, Berks County, Pa., March 7, 1879; machinist and administrator, Philadelphia and Reading Railway Company; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1917 and 1919 terms; resigned from the House, January 3, 1920; elected, commissioner, Berks County (1923-1932); postmaster, United States Postal Service, Reading (1936-1951); died, February 8, 1951 in Pennsylvania; interred, Aulenbach’s Cemetery, Mount Penn, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
