LEH, Oliver Emerson, a Representative from Lehigh County; born in Ironton, Lehigh County, Pa., June 28, 1858; attended, Keystone State Normal School (now Kutztown University of Pennsylvania); employed, Lehigh Valley Railroad (1881-1885); employed, Catasauqua Cement Company (1886-1890); foreman, American Cement Company (1886-1911); president, Redington Stone Quarry Corporation (1911-1917); owner, Lehigh Poultry Farm (1909-1917); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1909 and 1911 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1913 term; died, August 4, 1917 in Egypt, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania; interred, Egypt Cemetery, Egypt, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
