HALL, Wrayburn B.,  a Representative from Potter County; born in Ellisburg, Potter County, Pa., October 19, 1887;  attended, Elmira Free Academy, Chemung County, NY; served, American Expeditionary Forces, United States Army (1 year, World War I); employed, road construction, Pennsylvania Department of Highways; farming, lumber, and natural gas industries; elected, council, Coudersport; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1937 term (Sworn-In on December 1, 1936); reelected to serve 9 consecutive terms thereafter; appointed, chair, Commission to Study Highway Laws (1945-1946); appointed, Joint Legislative Committee on State-Local Highway Financing (1947-1948); appointed, Bipartisan Tax Study Committee (1952-1953); not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1955 term; died, September 24, 1959 in Coudersport, Potter County, Pennsylvania; interred, Eulalia Cemetery, Coudersport, Pennsylvania.
